Want to become a knock-down shooter? Whether you're just starting out or looking to refine your form, Shoot the Rock is the ultimate class for developing confident, consistent shooters.

In this high-energy, skill-focused session, players will learn:
✅ Proper shooting mechanics
✅ Footwork and balance
✅ Shooting off the dribble and catch
✅ Free throws, mid-range, and 3-point techniques
✅ Game-like shooting reps and contests

Led by experienced coaches, this class is designed to build muscle memory, boost confidence, and help players light it up from anywhere on the court.
